We suggested Lusha's integration with Salesforce to address these challenges, aiming to optimize their sales and customer relationship management. We implemented Lusha’s integration with Salesforce, which offered a range of powerful features to enhance their CRM capabilities:

For this, It is mandatory to have admin rights for the Lusha platform and Salesforce CRM.

For this:

First, we started by logging in to our client’s  Lusha dashboard, Selecting the "Integrations" tab from there after clicking the avatar icon, and then choosing Salesforce (“Production” or “Sandbox”) from here. Finally, clicked on "Connect”. Once the approach was completed it auto redirects to the login page of Salesforce. We put login credentials here and then we logged in. Then the next step is to do field mapping, so click 'Continue to field mapping'. Under the Field mapping Here, we saw 3 types of records:

  • Lead
  • Contact
  • Account

After choosing the field as per our requirement we proceeded with some customization. For Account export preferences, We specified which object types we will use to export to Salesforce, and editing of data mapping was done here and we have integration done successfully.
