Customer Challenges:
The client was facing issues with managing and executing their marketing campaigns effectively. They encountered several key challenges in managing their marketing processes:
Communication Gap: They couldn’t send immediate welcome emails to new users, which delayed initial customer engagement.
Data Segmentation Issues: Targeting customers based on their location was difficult due to lack of automation. Salesforce Marketing Cloud restricted visibility to only 200 records at a time, although their operations needed access to at least 1000 records.
