Availability of Customer Agent in Rule-Based Chatflows

One of the most exciting updates this month is the ability to integrate HubSpot's AI-powered Customer Agent directly into Rule-Based Chatflows.

What’s new?

You can now program your bot flows to send conversations to your Customer Agent at the most strategic points. This means customer queries can be handled more intelligently, reducing wait times and increasing satisfaction.

How it works:

  • Navigate to your Chatflows in HubSpot.
  • Create or edit a rule-based chatflow.
  • Add the action “Send to Customer Agent” to your chatflow.
  • Define the conditions under which the AI agent takes over.

This gives your team more control over automation and allows you to balance between human and AI support efficiently.

Custom Display Times & Skip Control for Video CTAs and Forms

HubSpot has extended advanced video controls previously reserved for Enterprise users to Professional users of Marketing Hub, Service Hub, CMS Hub, and Content Hub.

New Capabilities Include:

  • Custom timestamp selection for forms and CTAs on hosted videos.
  • Preventing users from skipping these overlays—ideal for lead capture or compliance.

How to use:

  • Open your video module, choose a form or CTA, and click Edit.
  • choose the display time or manually adjust it.
  • “Skip option” option to prevent skipping.

Benefit:
This helps increase form submission rates and ensures key messages aren’t missed.

Bulk Actions in Content Remix 

HubSpot’s Content Remix tool now supports bulk actions, saving time for marketers handling multiple drafts.

You can now:

  • Select multiple content pieces at once.
  • Save, delete, or regenerate multiple pieces of content in one go.

How it works:

  • Toggle on bulk edit mode.
  • Use checkboxes to select content.
  • Select an action from the menu.

This streamlines your content workflow and allows for faster iteration and refinement.

Basic Record Cloning for CRM Objects 

HubSpot introduces record cloning across all CRM objects including contacts, deals, tickets, and custom objects (Enterprise only). This allows you to duplicate key information quickly while maintaining control over what gets copied.

  • Cloning includes properties defined in the create form.
  • Associations (up to 50) are cloned too.
  • Unique properties are cleared for compliance.

How to clone:

  • Go to the record’s Actions dropdown.
  • Select Clone and adjust details as needed.

Duplicating a standard ticket for repeated service requests or quickly spinning up similar deals without starting from scratch.

Smart Template Recommendations for Dashboards and Reports 

HubSpot now leverages your CRM usage patterns to recommend templates when creating dashboards and reports.

What’s new:

  • Intelligent recommendations in the Dashboard Template Library.
  • Context-aware suggestions during the Report Creation Flow.

How it works:

  • Analyze your data types and CRM setup via HubSpot.

Expanded Property Types from CRM Index Page 

You can now create more property types directly from the object’s index page in the CRM.

New supported types:

  • Datetime

  • click on a column header In the index view .

Faster setup of custom fields without needing to dive deep into settings.

Manual Lead Scoring for Deals and Companies 

Manual lead scoring is now available in Sales Hub Professional and Enterprise, letting teams tailor scoring logic to match unique business needs.

What’s possible:

  • Score deals and companies based on custom rules.
  • Use event and property criteria (e.g., form fills, call outcomes).
  • Sync scoring across Sales and Marketing for consistent evaluation.

Steps:

  • Navigate to Marketing > Lead Scoring.
  • Create a score for Deals or Companies.
  • Define your scoring logic using events and properties.
  • Set thresholds and activate.

Benefit:
Leverages sales reps to target more on top funneled opportunities and fast track deal closures.

Auto-Disabling Unused URL Redirects 

To improve site performance, HubSpot will now auto-disable unused redirects after 60 days of inactivity (effective September 8, 2025).

What happens:

  • Redirects idle for 60 days will be left out.
  • You can reactivate or turn off this auto-disable feature as needed.

How it helps:

  • Keeps redirect tables clean.
  • Enhances website speed and redirect logic accuracy.

  • Your customers can now export tickets to CSV directly from the customer portal—great for internal reporting or issue tracking.

What’s included in exports:

  • Up to 5,000 visible tickets.
  • Filters and columns currently applied in the table view.

Why it’s useful:

Reduces dependency on support teams and gives customers better control over their data

Sunsetting Podcast Generation in Content Agent 

What’s changing:

  • You can no longer auto-generate podcasts using Content Agent.
  • You can still generate case studies, blogs, and landing pages.
  • Podcasts can now be created using Content Remix instead.

Reason for change:

To focus resources on tools that offer higher flexibility and quality, like Content Remix.
