CRM Implementation:
We implemented Monday.com as a centralized CRM to contain donor information. A "Donors" Monday board was also created by us with custom fields as per client’s need to track donation amounts, donor preferences, communication history, and engagement levels. Workflow automation is used to automate follow-ups, event reminders, and post-event surveys.
For volunteer management, we customized another board named "Volunteer Tasks." Tasks could be assigned based on location and availability in this board. Volunteers could easily see upcoming updates, campaigns, events, and tasks that needed their support.
We customized Monday.com’s calendar view to make it easy to schedule volunteer shifts more efficiently, and our custom integration with their email enabled them to send out updates and notifications.
Various other boards we created for like fundraising events or school-building initiatives, with custom columns including deadlines, task owners, and status updates. We used monday.com crm’s Kanban view to visualize task progress.
For visualization of total donations raised, volunteer hours logged, and project completion status we leveraged key performance indicators (KPIs).
To resolve communication gap issues we did monday.com integration with third party communication tools Slack and Gmail.
