Subsequently, we activated Shield Platform Encryption for the client's organization and tailored the encryption settings. Additionally, we created organization-specific tenant secrets according to specific requirements.
This provided robust encryption for sensitive customer information, ensuring that data remained confidential and protected against unauthorized access.
