Salesforce's Health Cloud and KIPU Integration for Healthcare Company

Our client has a network of renowned behavioural health facilities that offer care and therapy to people of all ages who struggle with alcohol, drug, and other substance addiction. The firm is committed to providing high-quality care to its patients, which is why they were looking for a solution that would allow them to streamline its patient data management and improve its communication with patients. 

They decided to implement Salesforce as their customer relationship management (CRM) system and KIPU (Knowledge and Information for Patients Unified) as their electronic medical records (EMR) system. Through this integration, patient data, including demographics, clinical assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes, were automatically transferred from KIPU to Salesforce Health Cloud. 

As a result, the client's staff could access patient information promptly, improving patient care and communication between our client and its patients.

The custom integration between Salesforce and KIPU proved highly effective for clients, enabling them to streamline their patient data management and enhance their communication with patients.
