Automating Post-Meeting Recording Management

  • Recording Upload Automation: A second Zoom webhook triggered automation upon the upload of meeting recordings. This step enabled real-time updates and data flow.
  • Integration with Cloud Storage: We linked SmartSuite to Google Drive and Dropbox, where recordings were stored, generating a shareable link for each interview.
